We hope this message finds you well. Regarding your order on hold with us.

We wanted to inform you of a recent development regarding our water delivery services. Our Big Blue 12,000 Litre truck has been sold and replaced by our 6,000 Litre Baby Blue truck.

As a result, we are unable to deliver your pending 12,000 litre water order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Rest assured, we are in the process of issuing refunds promptly for all affected future and on hold orders placed with Matakana Water. Your refund will be processed swiftly to the original payment method.

Should your card have changed since ordering, we will need your bank account details to issue the refund. Please respond HERE, or email or SMS us confirming your card is still active, or if inactive, please provide account details. Once we receive a reply from you to this page, we will immediately process the refund.

6,000-litre Baby Blue loads of Matakana Water are available to buy online for same day or next day delivery. You can order on the day between 8am – 3pm for same day delivery and order after 3pm for the following day delivery. We do not accept future bookings for this express service.

We no longer take future orders unless you have a new tank installation or tank clean on a specific day, which you can specify during the online order.
